A case decided by a very distinguished court as I recall. 44 years ago - how the time flies !! These days, it seems fairly rare to see a Court of Appeal (Civil Division) comprising three Lords Justice of Appeal.
I meant to add, that the junior member of this Court of Appeal was the trial judge at the 14 days trial of Ian Brady and Myra Hindley - Chester Assizes. I was studying law at University at the time !!
